- Built, maintained and optimised a successful website built for recruitment and to showcase employer brand.
Owning the email marketing strategy, I created automated workflows for welcome emails, checkout abandoners and re-targeting to nurture customer relationships and drive conversions.
Campaigns were sent out to list of over 12,000 subscribers, and I worked to increase open rate from 33% to 52%.
Blog
Developed and implemented a cluster strategy for the Lakeland Active and 7 North blogs.
Writing SEO-optimised blogs which ranked on the first page of Google and drove organic traffic to Lakeland Active and 7 North websites.
Amazon
Lead on product/lifestyle images - this involves creating the brief to liaise with photographers and organising the lifestyle photoshoots (managing people, booking venue etc.) More recently, I have been utilising my photography skills and have produced images for listings.
Wrote keyword optimised product copy and titles for 5 brands (Lakeland Active, 55 Sport, Kilter, Lago Terra and Thistlewood) on Amazon.
Created landing pages optimised for converting.
